Can I message customers who haven't messaged me first?
Yes, using an approved template. Free-form text can only be sent within 24 hours of the customer's last message to you.
How do I integrate it into my software?
You get an API key and call a simple REST endpoint with the recipient's number and template values. Developer support is free.
Can I send to a business name instead of a phone number?
No. WhatsApp needs the customer's phone number. Customers see your verified business display name as the sender.
